The hotel's location in the loop near restaurants and theaters is ideal for friends or families. The rooms were nicely decorated, efficient, and clean. The service was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The dining options were reasonable in price, though the coffee creamer lacked flavor. The hotel's central location within walking distance to major attractions makes it convenient while the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities, though our room wasn't ready until 5:00 p.m. The service was helpful and kind, particularly when we needed assistance during a medical emergency. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The dining options were good, although a more flavorful coffee creamer would have been appreciated. Overall, a modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location.
The hotel rooms were not serviced as expected, and street noise was a downside. Despite looking clean at first, the cleanliness was lacking, and the room was not ready until late afternoon, which was inconvenient.
The hotel is nicely located in the loop near restaurants and theaters, but the rooms were a bit small. I found the service to be extremely friendly and helpful. The overwhelming smell of sweet popcorn in the location was a unique touch, and the close proximity to the Chicago theater was perfect for our stay. However, the dining service for oatmeal was slow, and the freshness of products was inconsistent.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size and very clean, but mine was near the elevator, making it barely big enough for 2 adults. Dining was expensive, yet delicious. The hotel offers modern facilities.
